Behind the result - No mystery in the method
Weekly study budget = entered hours × 60 minutes. Daily study time = weekly budget ÷ selected study days. Estimated workload = study units × estimated minutes per unit. Weeks needed = ceiling(workload ÷ weekly budget). The final week may require less time. Durations are estimates, not measures of learning; breaks are not added automatically and the plan is not a timetable tied to dates.
It does not fetch school records, verify official attendance, or store student data. All tool inputs are processed in this browser tab only. Blank optional fields are omitted. Any text you enter is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML. Do not enter names, student IDs, contact details or other personal information.
Before you go
Does the daily amount include breaks?
No. It is study time only. Add realistic breaks separately, and reduce the entered weekly budget if it includes breaks or travel.
Are the chosen days calendar dates?
No. Day 1 through Day N are flexible study-day labels. You decide which days of the week they represent.
What if a study unit takes longer?
Update the minutes-per-unit estimate and calculate again. The planner uses equal estimated units and cannot predict comprehension or task difficulty.
Does the site store student names or data?
These tools do not store or transmit entered data. They run in memory in this tab. The web host may still log ordinary page requests; see the Privacy Policy. Saved files, printer queues and shared devices are outside the tool’s control.
