For a technical problem, include the tool name, your browser, device type and steps that reproduce the issue. Use invented, non-identifying sample counts. Do not send a student name, school ID, login, medical explanation or a copy of an official record.
Privacy and accessibility enquiries
Identify the page and describe the concern. For a keyboard or screen-reader problem, mention the browser and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing that. A description is usually more useful than a screenshot containing personal data.
No embedded contact form
This site does not collect support messages through a form. If a support email is published above, using it opens your own email app. Your email provider and the recipient then process that message under their own arrangements; calculator data is not attached automatically.
Corrections and response times
Report a formula or wording issue with a small anonymous example and the expected result. No response time or resolution is guaranteed, and support is not an emergency or school-administration service.
