Scope
This policy describes the Frekwencja Education Tools plugin and the pages it supplies. The website operator controls the WordPress installation, hosting and any separately installed services. It is not a promise that every other part of a WordPress site is free of data collection.
Calculator inputs
Numbers, session statuses, optional dates, reporting labels and notes are processed in browser memory to produce your result. The plugin does not submit them to WordPress, an external API or a student database. It uses neither cookies nor localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB to save them. Leaving or refreshing the tool clears its working state.
Do not enter personal data
No student name, ID, school login or contact details are required. Keep optional text general and non-identifying. If personal information is entered by mistake, clear the tool and check any saved files, shared screen, print queue or browser recovery state under your control.
Ordinary page requests and server logs
Your browser must request a page and its local assets. The web host, security services or WordPress infrastructure may process IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, browser details and error logs. This information is distinct from calculator inputs. The operator and host determine the purpose, lawful basis, retention period and safeguards for those logs; the plugin does not set them.
Downloads and printing
Text and CSV files are generated on your device. PDF saving uses the browser’s print feature. Files, browser downloads, operating-system print services, backups and messages you send to others are outside this plugin’s control. Keep only what you need and remove copies from shared devices.
Contact messages
No message form is provided. If you email the operator using a published support address, your email address and message are processed by the recipient and the email services involved. Do not send student information. Support correspondence is separate from the calculator engine.
Third-party services and cookies
The supplied plugin contains no analytics, advertising, external fonts or third-party calculation requests. The operator may install themes, plugins or services that change the deployed site’s behaviour. Those services need their own disclosures and, where applicable, consent before loading. Children and education
The tools are designed to work without identifying students. They are not a channel for collecting children’s records. A child should seek help from a trusted adult before sharing any report or contacting the operator.
Rights and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a supervisory authority. The operator cannot retrieve calculator inputs because the tool does not receive them. Questions about hosting logs or support messages should go to the website operator through Contact.

The responsible operator’s identity, public contact details, applicable legal bases and log or correspondence retention periods must be supplied by that operator for the deployed site. They cannot be inferred from a domain name. No student-data retention period applies to the browser-only tool engine.
Changes
Review this page when site services change. New collection or tracking must be described before it is introduced; installing this plugin does not by itself audit the wider WordPress installation.
