TOOL 06 / TRACKING

Attendance Report Builder

Prepare a clear, nameless attendance summary for a teacher or parent.

Free · No sign-up · Browser-only

Put the numbers on one page.

Use class counts, not names. Required fields are labelled; optional fields may be left blank.

Behind the result - No mystery in the method

Attendance percentage = attended ÷ held × 100; absences = held − attended. The report contains only those counts and any optional reporting-period label or general notes you provide. It never asks for a student name, school ID or contact information. It is an unsigned personal summary, not a certificate. Review and correct your inputs before sharing. The generated summary does not certify its author or source.

It does not fetch school records, verify official attendance, or store student data. All tool inputs are processed in this browser tab only. Blank optional fields are omitted. Any text you enter is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML. Do not enter names, student IDs, contact details or other personal information.

Before you go

Is this an official school record?

No. It is a personal, unsigned summary of numbers you enter. A teacher or parent should verify any decision against official school records.

Can I include a student name?

The report has no name field. Keep the optional period and notes non-identifying. If identification is needed for an official process, use your school’s approved system instead.

Can I share or print the report?

Yes. Print / Save PDF creates a printer-friendly report; Download TXT saves a plain-text copy. Review the content first and share only through a channel you trust.

Does the site store student names or data?

These tools do not store or transmit entered data. They run in memory in this tab. The web host may still log ordinary page requests; see the Privacy Policy. Saved files, printer queues and shared devices are outside the tool’s control.
