TOOL 04 / PLANNING

Absence and Make-up Class Planner

Translate missed classes into a practical, capacity-based make-up plan.

Free · No sign-up · Browser-only

Make room to catch up.

Use class counts, not names. Required fields are labelled; optional fields may be left blank.

Behind the result - No mystery in the method

Make-up workload in minutes = missed classes × make-up minutes per class. Required make-up sessions = ceiling(workload ÷ minutes per make-up session). Minimum weeks = ceiling(required sessions ÷ sessions available per week). The final session may be shorter. The plan assumes you can use every offered slot. Make-up work does not automatically remove an absence or change official attendance.

It does not fetch school records, verify official attendance, or store student data. All tool inputs are processed in this browser tab only. Blank optional fields are omitted. Any text you enter is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML. Do not enter names, student IDs, contact details or other personal information.

Before you go

Will make-up work erase my absences?

Not necessarily. Only your school can decide whether approved make-up work changes an official record. This tool plans workload, not attendance credit.

Why are sessions and weeks rounded up?

A partial requirement still needs a session or week in your calendar. The result shows the shorter final-session workload so you do not assume every slot is full.

Does this contact my teacher?

No. It makes no booking and sends no messages. Agree on acceptable work, deadlines and available sessions with your teacher separately.

Does the site store student names or data?

These tools do not store or transmit entered data. They run in memory in this tab. The web host may still log ordinary page requests; see the Privacy Policy. Saved files, printer queues and shared devices are outside the tool’s control.
