TOOL 01 / ATTENDANCE

Attendance Percentage Calculator

Turn attended and held classes into a percentage, with the arithmetic visible.

Free · No sign-up · Browser-only

See your attendance clearly.

Use class counts, not names. Required fields are labelled; optional fields may be left blank.

Behind the result - No mystery in the method

Attendance percentage = classes attended ÷ classes held × 100. Absences = held − attended. You must enter at least one held class and attended classes cannot exceed held classes. The displayed percentage is rounded to two decimals; the underlying fraction is not changed. It does not decide whether an absence is excused or whether you satisfy your school’s policy.

It does not fetch school records, verify official attendance, or store student data. All tool inputs are processed in this browser tab only. Blank optional fields are omitted. Any text you enter is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML. Do not enter names, student IDs, contact details or other personal information.

Before you go

What if I have not had any classes yet?

A percentage has no denominator until at least one class has been held. Enter actual held classes rather than future scheduled classes.

Are excused absences counted as attendance?

This calculator uses only the counts you enter. Schools treat excused absences differently; use a consistent definition and confirm the official rule with your school.

Can I print or share the result?

Yes. Calculate first, then choose Print / Save PDF or Download TXT. Sharing a downloaded file is your choice; the site does not send it anywhere.

Does the site store student names or data?

These tools do not store or transmit entered data. They run in memory in this tab. The web host may still log ordinary page requests; see the Privacy Policy. Saved files, printer queues and shared devices are outside the tool’s control.
